TYPES OF ARTESANAL RESISTANCES

The first resistors were simple designs made of a single metal thread. Vaperators have been developing new ways to enhance and improve their vaping experiences, either to achieve larger clouds or enjoy a more intense flavor, so clapton resistance was born. This term is also often used to designate a wide range of resistors based on a double-threaded design. They can be manufactured with different diameters and materials, such as kanthal, stainless steel or nichrome. here we will classify the most important ones.

Clapton

It is a thin resistive yarn screwed to a thicker yarn that makes it a nucleus. Claptons take longer to heat but add more flavor thanks to a larger surface area. They can be used for (MTL) for mouth-lung vaping, however it is common to use them in sub-ohm vaping.

FUSED

It is the process of screwing multiple threads together with another thinner thread that surrounds them. A clapton fused is basically a design with parallel threads that have been "claptomized".

Alien

They are claptomized resistance to which the nucleus is removed, and which is screwed around a multi-threaded nucleus. Similar to the clapton fused, except that the thread that covers the outside has a different texture that is achieved by making a classic claptomized that when removing the inner thread you have to roll it on a multi-threaded core with the same GA as the core that we have removed.

As a rule they have a very low ohmniage and it is advised to use it for sub-ohm vaping, although it is true that there are different types of vapers and ideally to try with which and how you personly like re-existing for your team.

FRAMED STAPPLE

It is a type of construction very recurrent in the world of resistors for its relative ease of assembly and its efficient performance, however it is a coil focused on cloud chasing, even if this does not mean that it brings little flavor.

It consists of a core consisting of two round threads in the frame (hence the framed) and a series of flat threads occupying the center of it. Flat threads are stacked together into a single body ( staple ).

You can use as many flat wires as you want, the more threads, the lower the resistance of the coil.

To claptomize the set very fine threads are usually used that will provide its characteristic shine and a good surface of contact with cotton, reach high temperatures in a short space of time thanks to the flat threads, which are heated very quickly, so the throat blow is quite pronounced.

• Staple resistors, indicated for lung vaping with very low ohmniages.
• They have a very wide width so they need large poles or that the deck is spacious.
• They are made with a thin thread that normally surrounds a stack of 8 to 10 cores
• They have a faster heating time.
